Crystalline Max Ltd provides mobile vehicle detailing, residential cleaning, and commercial cleaning services. Service scope, add-ons, pricing, and scheduling depend on the booking details communicated via WhatsApp and any later confirmation or amendment accepted by Crystalline Max Ltd.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where Crystalline Max Ltd is unable to provide the agreed service, or where a service has been performed incorrectly and cannot be rectified. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to pre-existing vehicle conditions, wear and tear, or factors outside our control.
To initiate a refund request, contact our team within 7 days of the service date by phone at 07425 241192 or by email at admin@ctmds.co.uk, providing your name, contact details, service date, and a brief explanation of the issue. Eligible refunds will be issued within 14 days of the request using the original payment method.
Service workflows may require before and after photographs for operational proof, quality control, training, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. By booking with Crystalline Max Ltd, the customer acknowledges that relevant job evidence may be collected and stored as part of the service record. Crystalline Max Ltd does not intend to use identifiable customer imagery for marketing without a separate permission basis.
Crystalline Max Ltd aims to perform services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Crystalline Max Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate booking information, pre-existing defects, inaccessible areas, unsafe site conditions, or delays outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Complaints should be raised as soon as reasonably possible after service delivery so Crystalline Max Ltd can investigate against booking records and any before/after photographic evidence retained.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with the services will be governed by those laws unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
